Welcome to Glow Up Radiant
If you’ve been feeling like the world is loud, fast, and a little too much, you’re in the right place. Glow Up Radiant exists to help you stay grounded through chaotic times—so you can become your best self (not the greediest), guided by Spirit and supported by practical, doable practices.
We are not humans seeking spirit, we are spirit experiencing being human.
The Chaos-to-Clarity Reset
When life gets chaotic, your nervous system doesn’t need a lecture—it needs a reset. Here are seven grounded practices you can use in under 15 minutes to come back to yourself. Try one today, then come back tomorrow and try another. Consistency beats intensity.
1) Name what’s happening (without spiraling)
Say it plainly: “I’m overwhelmed.” “I’m anxious.” “I’m scattered.” Naming creates a little space between you and the feeling—enough space to choose your next best step.
2) Do the 3-breath anchor
Inhale slowly. Exhale longer than you inhale. Do that three times. On the third exhale, relax your jaw and drop your shoulders. This is the quickest way to tell your body: “We’re safe enough to think.”
3) Choose one “next right thing”
Chaos multiplies choices. Clarity reduces them. Ask: “What is the next right thing I can do in the next 10 minutes?” Then do only that. (Bonus points if it’s boring and helpful.)
4) Clean one small surface
Pick a tiny area: a nightstand, a corner of the kitchen counter, your bag. Cleaning one surface gives your mind a visual cue that order is possible—even when everything else feels messy.
5) Practice “integrity in miniature”
Integrity isn’t only big speeches and big moments. It’s the small alignment: drink water when you said you would, send the message you’ve been avoiding, apologize quickly, keep one promise to yourself today. These micro-choices build a more perfect union inside you.
6) Ask for guidance (then listen like it matters)
Try this simple prompt: “Spirit, what would you have me know right now?” Then pause for 60 seconds. Don’t force an answer. Notice what arises: a word, a memory, a nudge, a sense of direction. Write it down.
7) Close the loop with a tiny gratitude
Not a performative gratitude. A real one. “I’m grateful for this warm mug.” “I’m grateful I showed up.” “I’m grateful I can start again.” Gratitude is a nervous-system signal that you’re not only surviving—you’re returning.
Where we’re going from here
On this blog you’ll find posts across four pillars: Chaos Guide (staying steady), Practices (what to do), Mind Alchemy (how we transform), and A More Perfect Union (integrity, community, and the world we’re building). If you’re new, start by choosing one practice above and using it daily for a week.
Your turn
Which practice are you trying first—and what would “best self” look like for you this week? Keep it simple, keep it honest, and keep coming back.
